Welcome to Emberwing. By accessing or using our website, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully before making a purchase.

1. General conditions

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason. Prices and product availability are subject to change without notice.

2. Products

Emberwing (operated by Smart Choice LLC) sells the Emberwing flying dragon lamp: a 3D-printed decorative lamp with a translucent flame column and an LED light base. Because each piece is 3D printed, fine layer lines and small surface variations are normal and are not defects. Product images and descriptions are presented as accurately as possible, but slight variations in color, finish, or packaging may occur.

3. Pricing and payment

All prices are listed in US Dollars (USD) unless otherwise stated. International currencies may be displayed at checkout based on your location. We accept major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover), Apple Pay, Google Pay, Shop Pay, and PayPal. Orders are processed once payment is verified.

4. Orders

Orders are confirmed via email. We reserve the right to cancel or limit any order at our discretion (for example, in cases of suspected fraud, payment failure, or pricing errors). If an order is cancelled, you'll receive a full refund to your original payment method.

5. Shipping and returns

Shipping timelines, return windows, and refund procedures are described in our Shipping Policy and Refund Policy, available at the bottom of every page.

6. Product warranty

Every Emberwing lamp is covered by our 30-day money-back guarantee from the date of delivery, and we replace any lamp that arrives damaged at no charge. The warranty does not cover normal wear, misuse, accidental damage, or filter cartridges (which are consumables with a defined service life).

7. Intellectual property

All content on this website — including text, images, logos, product photography, and design elements — is the property of Emberwing or its licensors and is protected by US and international copyright and trademark law. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content without our written permission.

8. Accuracy of information

We work to keep product details accurate, but we do not warrant that descriptions, pricing, or other content is always complete or error-free. We reserve the right to correct errors and update information at any time, including after an order has been placed.

9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Emberwing and its officers, directors, employees, and agents are not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our products or website. Our maximum liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the product giving rise to the claim.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Delaware, except where prohibited by applicable consumer protection law.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The current version will always be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of the website after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
