  • When will MAYÉ products launch?

  • What makes MAYÉ different from other shower filters?

    MAYÉ uses an 8-stage filtration cartridge — KDF-55, calcium sulfite, vitamin C, alkaline/ceramic beads, plus PP cotton and stainless-steel mesh layers — in a beautifully designed shower head with a premium stainless steel spray face that fits seamlessly into your space.

  • How often should I replace the filter?

    We recommend replacing your MAYÉ filter every 3 months for best performance. Each replacement cartridge is universal and fits all MAYÉ shower heads.

  • What's inside the filter cartridge?

    An 8-stage cartridge: KDF-55 (40%), calcium sulfite (35%), vitamin C (10%), alkaline/ceramic beads (15%), plus PP cotton (top & bottom) and stainless-steel mesh (top & bottom) for sediment filtration.

  • How long does shipping take?

    Standard shipping takes 3–5 business days within the US. International shipping (EU) takes 7–14 business days. All orders are processed within 1–2 business days.

  • Do you offer free shipping?

    Yes. We offer complimentary US shipping on orders over $50. For EU orders, free shipping kicks in at $75.

  • Can I track my order?

    Absolutely. You'll receive a tracking number via email as soon as your order ships. You can also track your order from your account dashboard.

  • What's your return policy?

    We offer a 30-day satisfaction guarantee. If you're not completely happy with your MAYÉ products, return them within 30 days for a full refund.

  • How do I initiate a return?

    Email us at hello@getmaye.com with your order number. We'll send you a prepaid return label and process your refund within 5–7 business days of receiving your return.

  • Do I have to pay for return shipping?

    No. We cover return shipping costs for all US returns. For international returns, contact us for assistance.

  • Do I need an account to order?

    No, you can checkout as a guest. However, creating an account lets you track orders, save addresses, and access exclusive offers.

  • How do I reset my password?

    Click Forgot Password on the login page. We'll email you a reset link within minutes.
