Shipping policy

Where we ship: all 50 US states.

Shipping cost: $3.00 flat for a single dragon. Free shipping on 2 or more dragons (any order of $43 or more).

Processing: every dragon is inspected before it ships. Orders leave our fulfillment warehouse within 3–5 business days (a little longer if the supplier is restocking).

Delivery: tracked delivery, typically 10–15 business days after dispatch. A tracking link is emailed the moment your order ships.

Customs and duties: all import duties are prepaid by us (DDP). You will never be asked to pay anything on delivery.

Lost parcels: if tracking confirms a parcel was lost in transit, we ship a replacement free of charge.

International: not available yet.
