Where we ship

The United States is our home market, with the fastest service times. We also ship internationally to most countries.

Estimated delivery

United States: 3–5 business days from dispatch
Canada, United Kingdom, European Union: 7–10 business days
Other international destinations: 7–14 business days, depending on local carriers

Processing time

Orders are processed within one business day. You'll receive a confirmation email when your order ships, including tracking information.

Shipping rates

Complimentary US shipping on orders over $50.
A flat rate of $5.95 applies to US orders below $50.
International shipping is calculated at checkout based on destination and weight.

Customs and duties

For international orders, customs duties, import taxes, and VAT may apply at the destination country and are the responsibility of the customer.

Tracking

You'll receive a tracking link by email once your order leaves our facility. Some destinations may experience brief carrier delays during peak periods or holidays.

Carriers

We ship US orders via USPS, UPS, and FedEx. International orders are handled by DHL and country-specific postal services.

Address changes

If you need to change your shipping address after placing an order, email us as soon as possible at hello@getmaye.com. We can usually update the address if the order has not yet shipped.
