Returns and refunds
At MAYÉ, we want every piece you bring into your routine to feel right. If it doesn't, we'll make it right.
30-day return window
You may request a return within 30 days of delivery for any unused shower head in its original packaging.
How to return
- Email hello@getmaye.com with your order number and a brief reason for the return.
- We'll respond within one business day with a prepaid return label (for US orders) or return instructions (for international orders).
- Once we receive and inspect the item, we'll issue a full refund within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.
Refund conditions
- The shower head must be unused, in original condition, and in its original packaging.
- Used filter cartridges and opened replacement filters are non-returnable for hygiene reasons.
- Original shipping costs are non-refundable on returned orders unless the item arrived damaged or defective.
- For international returns, return shipping is the customer's responsibility unless the item was damaged or defective on arrival.
Damaged or defective items
If your order arrives damaged or doesn't function as described, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo. We'll arrange a free replacement or full refund — including any return shipping costs — at no cost to you.
Warranty
The MAYÉ Shower Head carries a 12-month limited warranty against manufacturing defects from the date of delivery. The warranty does not cover normal wear, misuse, accidental damage, or filter cartridges (which are consumables with a defined service life).
Exchanges
To exchange finishes (Chrome ↔ Black), follow the return process above and place a new order for your preferred finish. We don't process direct exchanges — this is faster and ensures you get your new item without delay.
